It may take up to 5 days to get back to you and longer during busy event periods. If the answer can be found easily in our rule book, we may not be able to respond at all.

Dispensation requests
Please use our Dispensation Request form rather than emailing. It asks for everything we need — the dancer’s DIN, their competition record and your reasons — and gives you a reference number.
Lost your Europeans or Worlds tickets
Navigate to the TicketTailor website to resend the tickets to your email address: app.tickettailor.com/find-tickets
Can no longer attend an event?
If you are registered to dance, please send an email scratching yourself from the event. If you want to resell or cancel tickets to Europeans or Worlds, you can manage your tickets here: tickets.wdm.dance/self-service/wdm
