Questions about registrations, upcoming events, or dispensation requests — send us a message below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. It may take up to 5 days to get back to you and longer during busy event periods. If the answer can be found easily in our rule book, we may not be able to respond at all.

Dispensation requests
In your email, include the events you competed over the last year, grades and results, and how many competitors you were against. We require a breakdown of your dance history before we can respond.
Lost your Europeans or Worlds tickets
Navigate to the TicketTailor website to resend the tickets to your email address: app.tickettailor.com/find-tickets
Can no longer attend an event?
If you are registered to dance, please send an email scratching yourself from the event. If you want to resell or cancel tickets to Europeans or Worlds, you can manage your tickets here: tickets.wdm.dance/self-service/wdm
