Worlds Ticket Transfer Window

World Dance Masters

7 May 2021

As we previously announced, plans are underway for a return for World Dance Masters in the Winter Gardens, Blackpool, this year! We can’t be more excited to be planning to welcome you all back into this wonderful ballroom. While the situation is still fluid, we are confident in our ability to host Worlds based on the COVID updates from the UK government and our collaboration with the Winter Gardens venue.

Our Worlds COVID page is kept up to date with the latest information on government restrictions and event safety procedures. This page was updated on 7th May with new information around travellers entering the UK from green, amber, and red list countries.

We know some of you will already know you are unable to attend this year so as promised, all ticket holders can transfer their tickets to 2022. We do hope you’ll consider transferring your ticket and joining us next year, but if you can’t, you can also request a refund (subject to a small admin fee to help cover processing costs).

In order to manage our ability to process and plan for this year’s event, the option to refund for ticket holders who already know they won’t be able to attend Worlds 2021 will be open until 30th May 2021. Once this deadline has passed you will only be able to transfer tickets.

If you plan to attend Worlds 2021 and you transferred your tickets from Worlds 2020, no action is needed but you can let us know below! You can find your tickets using the TicketLeap ‘Find My Ticket’ feature here.

I want to attend this year but it’s too early to make a decision

We know some of you want to wait to understand how the situation progresses with regards to international travel in your home countries. We expect updates to the UK government greens lists every 3 weeks – on or around 28th May, 18th June, and 9th July. You can learn more here.

If you plan to attend Worlds this year but circumstances change between now and the event, we’ve got you covered! Should government restrictions change and you can no longer fly into the UK or you have a COVID-related illness that prevents you from travelling, we will transfer your ticket to Worlds 2022. You can feel safe in knowing that your investment in World Dance Masters is safe should circumstances be out of your control.

I already know I wont be able to attend. How do I transfer or refund?

1. Fill in the form below, selecting the preference for your ticket(s)

2. If you are letting us know you are still attending Worlds. Yay! Thank you. This will help us monitor our numbers more effectively. We can’t wait to welcome you.

3. If you are opting to transfer your tickets, we will process this request in August. Your tickets are guaranteed at the price you paid when booking and we will see you in 2022!

4. If you are opting for a refund, supply us with the requested details before the 30th May 2021 and we will be in touch within 2 weeks to confirm the refundable amount and arrange for your refund to be processed. Refunds will take up to 6 weeks to be processed (and we kindly ask for your patience as we are a very small team). Please note, refund requests must be initiated by the original ticket purchaser. We cannot accept refund requests if you are not the original ticket purchaser.

Thank you for your continued support of World Dance Masters during this challenging time. We are looking forward to Worlds 2021 and can’t wait to welcome so many more of you back to one of our events in the near future.

The window to request a transfer or refund is closed.
