Pauline Baycroft is a well-known and respected staple of our community, but also at World Dance Masters. She really is the glue that holds everything in the social line room together.
Pauline has been accompanying Dave Baycroft to the event since we first started more than 5 years ago. She keeps Dave, one of the hardest working members of the WDM team, watered, fed, and pampered (:D) while he entertains the 300+ social line dancers every hour our doors are open!
Additionally, Pauline is regularly classed as the Event Mummy of our line dance instructor team, keeping them happy with tea, coffee, and snacks throughout the long teaching days.
Without Pauline, we are confident that we couldn’t run as smoothly as we currently do. For that reason, Pauline was the obvious choice for our Unsung Hero Award in 2015.
